  22. I fully agree, except that you leave some reality out of the picture: I use
  23. a reasonably well equipped A4000 (2+8 MB RAM, 68EC030/25 MHz, 68882/25 Mhz FPU),
  24. but would desperately like to get my hands on a 68060 board. However, the
  25. price point of such a board (apart from availability) is ten times the
  26. amount of a comparable PC motherboard, an amount I (and most Amiga users) simply
  27. don't have at my disposal at the moment. The same goes for a graphics card.

  29. I would venture that this goes even more for people using an A1200, their
  30. budget obviously dictates a low-end machine.

  32. It's up to AT to bring the Amiga back into the limelight and lean upon
  33. margins, otherwise no amount of professional software is going to help the
  34. situation.
